The Universe and Alien Presence on Earth

How I miss Albert Einstein!

Einstein was the last person -- and perhaps the only one -- that could see the strange Universe and even begin to explain it's many complexities.

Space is a fabric of time and space? Massive objects such as planets, stars and black holes warp this fabric and create a gravitational effect?

Astronomers and scientists today still struggle to explain the Universe.

1. How many dimensions does the Universe contain?
2. Why is the Universe's expansion accelerating?
3. We now know the Universe is mostly comprised of dark matter and dark energy. WE CAN'T EVEN DETECT WHAT THAT IS, WE JUST KNOW IT IS ALL AROUND US.
4. Einstein himself declared that space travel shortcuts could be taken through wormholes or severely bending the space time fabric.

With so little known about the Universe and it's many complexities, the majority of humans still think that getting from star system to star system can only be achieved in a straight line and at or below the speed of light. It is mainly for this reason that people dismiss the alien presence on Earth. How can aliens travel, presumably at the speed of light, for a minimum of 10 years to get here? There's no way you can bring enough food or drink. Even then, why would extraterrestrials travel such great distances to come to our punk ass planet?

Whatever technology the aliens possess for star travel, I am convinced they can create the effect of being so massive as to severely warp space time and travel great distances in a fraction of the time most people think possible. This MUST be the case because they ARE here, this is beyond debate for me.

Aliens are here. Check.

Aliens possess technology allowing intergalactic travel at speeds far greater than conventional thinking permits. Check.
